Our CustomerFirst® Support Services team is dedicated to quality service and technical support to help you maximize your NOW Solutions investment. They deliver timely and knowledgeable support, as well as prompt and friendly service. Our customers have the security of knowing that NOW Solutions is never more than a phone call or e-mail away. CustomerFirst® Support Services provides product support and services in the following areas:

Technical problem resolution assistance

  • Assistance with installing upgrades or revisions of supported products
  • Product usage clarification
  • Forward suggestions for product enhancements

NOW Solutions ensures long-term success of your solution by providing qualified support specialists to assist you with the daily operation of your system. We believe that it is imperative to hire experienced analysts who have technical knowledge and a level of confidence to implement appropriate problem solving measures. Our CustomerFirst® Support Services Analysts typically have between five and fifteen years of information systems and/or business experience, so they have the knowledge and background to assist you with the application in an increasingly technical environment.

All maintenance clients have unlimited access to telephone support during our standard business hours — Monday to Friday — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central. In addition, our CustomerFirst® Support Services Analysts can be available to assist clients who require 24-hour or weekend support when contracted. In periods of critical processing, such as year-end or tax season, our support services staff provides you with detailed tip sheets to guide you.
